Information for the Administrator:
· Be careful with the SystemLock feature. You can make your computers unusable.
· If you restrict the login methods ensure that all end users have the required device to log in (fingerprint, smart card reader, PalmSecureTM hardware, required smart cards, passwords, …)
· Read carefully the release notes of Workplace Protect before you rollout the software on the Client Computers
· Before you uninstall the Workplace Manager Database make sure, that you have disabled SystemLock on your computers

· Inform the end users before you restrict login methods or usage of the applications Encrypted Container and/or Password Safe.

Known issues
· Workplace Manager must not be installed on a Windows Domain Controller
· Resizing the Workplace Manager Cockpit (GUI) within a virtual machine may cause a crash of the Cockpit in rare cases (#15838)
· No SystemLock Support for Windows 10 computers in the network. (Do not use the offered SystemLock functions)
· The Job history is not always up to date. (#20631)
· SystemLock cannot be activated (if required use Workplace Manager 1.15 and Workplace Protect 1.15) (#21938, #23983,#23876)
· If you want to use the job “Enable Login Methods” it is necessary to have only Workplace Protect 1.21 Computers in your network. (#22819)
· Inventory Data of ESPRIMO Q956 (internal PalmSecure and Fingerprint USB devices are reported as external) (#23731)
